May Garden
Happy Spring! It was time to get the camera out and enjoy spending quality time in the garden. I have always thought how nice it would be if the beauty of trees and flowers while in bloom could retain their glorious springtime show a little longer . Needless to say, we must be thankful and enjoy the gift of such beauty when we can. I hope you find some beauty in the following photos, or you can find a special place to enjoy Nature at its best.
.
My koi are fed early in the morning, and before evening. There are four fish in one pond and thirteen in the larger pond. It can become an expensive hobby especially when some fish are thirty plus inches long. Sorry no fishing!!!
Azaleas
Azaleas are in full bloom and my favorite lillies of the valley are standing straight and tall. The air is pleasantly scented with their fragrance.
The dogwood is beginning to show it will soon be time for petals to fall.
The white azalea with forth coming bloom can not be forgotten.
The two geese are trying to distract the person with the camera as they are protecting their young.
Mother and Father were in the bog keeping a watch on what was taking place. The little goslings were not able to find their way up the bank or through the cranberry vines.
Okay fellows, which way do we go? Looks like we are missing two but not for long, the siblings soon caught up.
Time to leave the PC and take care of the koi, humming birds, and take my camera and get a photo of the egret walking on the bog dam. Happy Spring once again.
