On April 15, 2014 my son welcomed a new addition to his home. A visit to the Humane Society of Atlantic County, New Jersey immediately connected a caring man of all animals and a precious green eyed feline. Both my sons have inherited the love of and for animals. It's typical of them to stop the car if a turtle is walking across a road and move it to the other side, encourage a rattlesnake to get into the wooded area, and feed deer during a cold winter. The once upon a time of not being wanted feline is now living the life of luxury.
Jinksey was born on May 27, 2013. She came from an unwanted litter but was well cared for at the Humane Society.
Although she is still experiencing the transition from cage to open space, she is becoming somewhat of a show off.
This is a hang my head over the sofa cushion, one of my perfect poses.
Did someone take my mouse?
One of her favorite toys is the catnip mouse. It's very entertaining as she slides the mouse from room to room. Perhaps she is in training for the real thing.
Just taking a break ! Never worry there will be more pictures of me in the near future. Love at last.
